As fabricators of the Synseal conservatory roof system, the directors of Countryview collectively have over 30 years experience in the conservatory roofing industry.

All CountryView roofs are manufactured ‘bespoke’ and lantern roofs up to 3m x 1.7m can be delivered assembled, another example of the attention to detail that makes Countryview so different. Countryview also supplies cut to size polycarbonate roof packs and self supporting roof bars by the metre.

Countryview understand the day to day issues faced in today’s glazing market and are dedicated to giving their business partners the tools necessary to achieve higher sales in an ultra competitive market. Market leading glazing options and a guaranteed quote return system coupled with the ability to turn the briefest of sketches into a fully workable CAD drawing and order confirmation. Once agreed, countrview partners enjoy some of the shortest lead times in the business.

The Synseal roofing system carries several advantages over the competition and has been designed from an installation perspective. This means less chance of leaks and a quicker fit time:

Single Glazing Bolt

All Synseal glazing bars are internally bolted using one identical sized M8 bolt for every bar type. This means fewer tools to use and all bolts are easy to see and reach.

No Holes

As all roof bars fix from an internal purpose designed channel, there are no holes in the drainage channel. Ridge topcaps are one piece construction too, as the roof is intended to be watertight, drilling holes in it doesn't seem to be a good idea.

Up to 60% Less Tie Bars

The Synseal tie glazing bolt locks into position within the glazing bar. In tests a single tie bolt took almost one and a half tonnes in weight in a 90 degree drop and, as tie bars are not always a welcome choice for consumers. The improved performance and aesthetics make the system much easier to sell to the homeowner. Not only that but because they are factory fitted at Countryview, installation time is reduced too.

Glass Kits (An extra pair of hands)

The Synseal glass and packer kit is designed to hold glass sheets securely in place during and after fitting. Specifically designed to prevent movement and slippage and sitting cleanly under all weather seals, the glass kit makes installation quicker, cleaner and safer.

Long Span Rafters (Less bolster bars required)

The long span rafter is specifically designed to span gaps which would normally require an expensive and unsightly bolster bar an added selling point to the consumer. Not only that but Long Span roof bars have the same overall dimensions as standard bars meaning they can be mixed and matched in combination roofs creating a uniform appearance.

Double Skinned Box Gutter

The Synseal box gutter is double skinned to minimize the 'cold bridge' that leads to condensation forming inside the conservatory. A common fault on most box gutter systems.

The points above are some of the many features and benefits of the Synseal roof system, with availability in:

  • A range of woodgrain and coloured foils (all aluminium roof caps)
  • Any dual or single RAL colour (all aluminium roof caps)
  • Hidden gaskets
  • A wide range of cresting's and finials
  • White aluminium cappings
  • White and blue white profiles to ensure a colour match to a wide range of window suites

The Synseal roof system from Countryview is designed to maximize sales and minimize site time.
