For installers, you can continue to work in your customer’s home as a tradesperson! Read below to find out what tips you should consider when carrying out an installation at your customer’s property.
We ask our customers to do the following when they come and collect their orders:
Make sure to give our team warning that you’re intending to come in and collect your products. This ensures that we have the necessary paperwork ready and that the items are ready to collect. It will minimise the time spent in the front office.
Test On Arrival:
When you arrive to our office, report to reception immediately. Here, we have installed wall-mounted thermometers and hand sanitiser stations for you to use. To reduce the number of people in the building, we are taking all paperwork in through the factory, before our team bring your items out.
DO NOT USE ANY SIDE ENTRANCES OR LET YOURSELF IN THE FACTORY
Our Helpful Tips
For installers, it can be difficult to know how to carry out safe installations. That’s why we suggest to our customers these tips for safe installations:
- Wear a facemask
- bring your own anti-bacterial spray & hand gel
- Use disposable dust sheets instead of cloth
- Bring your own lunch or tea
- Measure outside of the property where possible
- Contact customers through phone or video call where possible
